Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile professional to fill the role of Payroll & Accounting Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Accounting functions. A background in accounting is highly desirable and will be considered a significant asset. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and accounting processes, with opportunities to contribute to financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate the monthly payroll process in collaboration with our external partners.
- Administer employee benefits, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
Administration & Accounting
- Handle day-to-day office administration to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Provide support for basic accounting and financial tasks as required.
- Contribute to administrative projects, including reporting and budgeting.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team that encourages new ideas and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
- Max 2-5 years of professional experience in Accounting department.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting.
- A good understanding of HR best practices, payroll procedures, labor law and accounting.
- Good Level in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
